Mary Sue supporter stamp

I simply cannot agree with you.
Like chessykat said before me, we shouldn't condone lazy writng, because then the writer/artist will never get out of he mary-sue rut, like buzzards said.
Mary Sues are the bane of fanfiction in general. They destoy the canon they are in, and take awayfrom the entire story. The writing is usually horrenous, and there is almost never a solid plot. True, all of us have created at least one Sue in our lives, but becuase of the critisizm and advice you are arguing against, we moved on to create more believable OCs. Without that push, an author will just keep making Mary Sues, with no improvement whatsoever.
But, that's just me.
